Our Factory, was established in 2022 located in Guangdong, China.
-The factory covers 15,000 square meters and includes an R & D center, a Proofing workshop, a molding workshop, semi-finished and finished product warehouse.
-The factory had passed ISO9001, ISO13485, CE-MDR, FDA, etc, and consistently follow BSCI requirements to manage employees in the factory.
-The factory R & D team has more than 6 excellent people who follow progressive management. We always take quality and cost performance first.
-The factory invests in the most advanced injection molding machines, and CNC cutting machines along with world-leading automated auxiliary systems and assembly lines from Europe.
-The factory has 3 production lines currently and employs over 12 professional staff

3. Punching

4. Grinding
The components undergo grinding to achieve smooth surfaces, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
5. Welding
Our skilled welders meticulously join the components through welding, ensuring structural integrity and durability.
6. Polishing
After welding, the products go through a polishing process to achieve a flawless and professional finish.
7. Spray Painting
The components are carefully coated with high-quality paints, providing a protective layer and enhancing the overall appearance of the products.
8. Product Assembly
The assembled components are brought together by our skilled technicians, following precise instructions to create the final product.
9. Product Packaging
